To our valued customers, thank you for your interest in ZEVLIN products.

ORDERING

Ordering from ZEVLIN website is simple and convenient. After selecting whichever of our awesome products you like, click “BUY” to place the product in your Shopping Cart. Repeat this step for all items you want to purchase (come on, buy it all!). Then click “SHOPPING CART.” At this point, you’ll be able to increase  or decrease the quantity of each item selected or remove any unwanted items. Fill in your name. Follow the prompts as to the shipping and billing options you prefer, enter your credit card info and submit your order. Please note – your credit card is charged immediately upon ordering.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

All orders will be shipped within 48 hours (business days only) of your order being approved. If an order requires a communication or confirmation from a customer, order processing resumes after the communication is received (by e-mail). ZEVLIN regrets that it cannot ship to P.O. boxes, nor is international shipping available at this time. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed within 24 hours of the next business day. Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). When you place an order with ZEVLIN, you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail.

SALES TAX

ZEVLIN collects all of the appropriate sales tax for the state of California on all orders shipped.  Sorry – that’s the law!

BACKORDERS & OUT OF STOCK

If you order a product that is currently out of stock, you will receive an e-mail to inform you that we ran out (sorry!).  You can leave the item on backorder and be notified when it ships or you can cancel the order for a full refund.

RETURN POLICY & GUARANTEE

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from www.ZEVLINBIKE.com, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to notify us by email [info@ZEVLINBIKE.com].  Let us know what your concern is, because we will work on a resolution to either exchange or refund you the full amount of the purchase, minus shipping. Shipping fees, including return shipping fees, are not refundable.

If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, retain the shipping package and the merchandise, and notify us immediately via e-mail [please include pictures of the package and damage to the product]. We will inspect and let the customer know if the product will be replaced or refunded and if the damaged products need to be returned.

We are sorry, but returns or exchanges for purchases made in a retail store or any other website may not be returned to www.ZEVLINBIKE.com. If the item you wish to return was not purchased through the above-mentioned web sites, please return to the place of purchase for resolution.
If you are returning anything, we recommend that you send your return via FedEx, UPS or insured USPS to insure a quick and traceable delivery.

OUR PRIVACY STATEMENT

We are highly sensitive to the privacy interests of consumers and believe that the protection of those interests is one of its most significant responsibilities. We will provide individually-identifiable information about consumers to third parties only if we are compelled to do so by order of a duly-empowered governmental authority, if we have the express permission of the consumer, or if it is necessary to process transactions and provide our services.

5. Privacy and Our Business Partners. When we make our technology or services available to business partners, we will not share with them any more consumer information than is necessary, and we will make every reasonable effort to assure, by contract or otherwise, that they use our technology and services in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Policy.
